Kyokushin Seminar – Pomezia

The O.I.K.K. International Kyokushin Seminar will be held on 28–29 March in Pomezia (RM), led by Shihan Tommaso Schirinzi. This intensive training event will cover fundamental and advanced aspects of Kyokushin practice, including Kihon Geiko, Ido Geiko, Renraku, Kata, and Kumite.

Designed for practitioners seeking technical progression and deeper understanding of Kyokushin methodology, the seminar will emphasize precision, movement, combination techniques, and combat application. It promises two days of disciplined training, technical growth, and strong Budo spirit.
